Nora - 4/7/2017
Nora ate bites of malt-o-meal cereal and loved the dried plums for breakfast. She drank 5 oz at 10:15. She had a few bites of lunch: beef steak, brown rice, vegetables (zucchini, mushrooms, red peppers), and pineapple.
This first picture is from yesterday afternoon when Riley was playing with Nora. Riley is the sweetest "little Mommy" and she adores Nora. Hudson looked at this picture this morning and asked, "Nora crying?" He was concerned. :)
This picture from this morning looks kind of familiar right!?! If someone is reading this Blog for the first time today, look at yesterday's Blog and see the explanation with the picture where Hudson is "fanning" Nora with the pillow. This was so cute because Avi actually started doing this from several feet back and then just slowly worked her way toward Nora while continuing to fan the pillow!
For the last 2 or 3 three days I've been finding Board books that the pages are being split in half and the worn covers peeled back. Well I finally caught the little culprit! LOL!! (No worries!! This is totally normal and age appropriate!! When Avi was Nora's age she was "eating" the board books! Like in the binding and actually producing HOLES! Ha!) Anyhow, Nora's small motor skills are such that she's able to find a worn edge that's just starting to peel away and she'll work at it until she has split the page in half!! LOTS of my board books are held together by packing tape!! And that's also why I have what I call "special books" that are not accessible to the kids. (There are probably 250 books in the 8 toy exchanges and another 50 Special Books.)
