Nora - 6/12/2017
Nora ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast. For lunch she ate bites of ground turkey, bites of hamburger bun, bites of tomato, no lettuce, no avocado, and ate lots of cherries.
Nora had crawled over to the mattress, flopped face first on it, started squealing and chuckling, then rolled over and of course started sucking her thumb. I laughed at her and she got the cutest silliest little grin on her face and I had to grab the camera and get this first picture. :) Little cutie! I like how she's grinning around her thumb!
We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and Nora was playing with the "cow hat" in this next picture. (This toy set kind of has an animal theme - barnyard type animals.) There are also lots of animal masks in this set and Nora was kind of trying to treat this cow hat like a mask! I think maybe it's a cow mask that she'a playing with in the last picture.
Before I took this last picture Nora had been standing at the gate watching Sophie play with the puzzles. Sophie acted like it was the first time she'd really noticed Nora standing! "Nora's standing up!!" Yup, she's been doing that all right!! :) After I took this picture Nora followed the same behaviors as in Picture number 1: I laugh, she squeals and chuckles, rolls over and starts sucking her thumb. She looks at me like "aw shucks, I am so cute." :)
