Nora ate oatmeal and baked apples with cinnamon for breakfast.  For lunch she ate some hamburger stew with carrots, green beans, and tomatoes.  Maybe a couple bites of dinner roll and ate apricots.

This first picture is from yesterday afternoon.  Nora got the dump truck and was going down the sidewalk.  This is obviously good practice for her walking and she was doing very well at it.  I've mentioned this in the Journals of the "older" kids, but it's cool how we have minimal crashes or conflict in areas of "congestion."  (Primarily the sidewalk with bikes, trucks....and the mattress where they jump together.  I frequently remind them to "go around each other.")  She also went down the yellow slide yesterday like a pro!!  And she did that with zero help from me; she went down on her belly, feet first, totally under control!!  Well done Nora.

Several of the kids were wearing the dress-up hats and Nora put this one on and immediately went to the mirror to check it out.  I love that!  Then in the 3rd picture:  is a great example why Nora loves Atley.  She can do things like this - examine Atley's ponytail holder - and Atley is totally fine with it.  She usually just waits for Nora to be done and then they move on to the next thing.  :)

Hudson loves to build with the legos, blocks, etc.  He was doing his building on the legos table and Nora was determined to terrorize him!  Ha!  So I put her on the floor and she was back up there SO fast!  Hudson was yelling and I told him to simply move his "tower" to the sink area and Nora couldn't reach it.  I took the last picture after he got it set up in a different spot.  Look out world!  Nora is getting super mobile and she has a plan!!  Haha!  We've been teaching this age group for many years and it sounds like this: "When the little ones try to grab your toys, just move away, or ask for help!!"  :)  So my point is this; Nora is just helping Hudson with his development!!  And it won't be long until someone else is doing the same for Nora!!
