Nora - 9/7/2017
Nora had a few bites (very few - ha!) of breakfast: french toast and dried plums. For lunch she ate bites of pulled pork sandwich, bites of peas, and ate cantaloupe.
Here's the benefit of being the last to arrive at Little Treasures. All the kids want to line up at the window to wave goodbye! That's Andy, Avilene's Daddy in his pickup. Nora was at the window several times this morning; watching school kids walk by, two different neighbors walking their dog, and some workers putting on a new roof across the street. Atley was watching first and then Nora joined her. By the way, I have to tell Daddy Ryan what Hudson said this morning; "Ryan didn't wave!!" (Hudson is like the Classroom Monitor!!)
Nora and Atley were playing with the legos. In the picture below Nora has an armful of legos from the drawer, but not sure how she's going to get them to the legos table top!! She finally just dumped them back into the drawer!
We stayed inside all morning because of the smoke. We read lots of books and Nora sat for almost all of Story Time. (Much longer today than what she has been doing.) We also sang songs and did some sign language. She was watching while I was quizzing Hudson and Avi with some of our simple signs. Atley is not interested at all yet, but at least Nora didn't turn her back and look out the window! Ha!
