Nora - 10/9/2017

Nora ate kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate turkey burger, no hamburger bun, ate tomato, lettuce, avocado, and two servings of cherries.

This first picture is left over from Friday afternoon snack when we had english muffins and blueberries!  Riley and Kenzie thought Nora's blueberry face was hilarious and said this was "Nora's halloween costume and she was a zombie!"  Haha!  She's a happy zombie!

This next picture was taken just after the kids had waved "bye" to Daddy Ryan.  This was Nora and Atley's morning greeting.  They didn't hug; just leaned in toward each other and touched heads.  So very precious!!  Speaking of waving at Daddy - Hudson was very proud of you Ryan!  Hudson said, "He remembered!!"  :)

We had a fun and busy morning around here!  Cooper's Preschool is closed today for Columbus Day so he's hanging out with us and everyone loved it!  Nora was probably the least excited one for him to be here; she was just kind of like "whatever."  But she did like the fact that he let her play with the little monkey that he brought!  (See picture below!!)  In the last picture she's using a tool to see over the gate!  Nice job Nora!

Nora ate oatmeal and two servings of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions. She ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of fruit cocktail.    Just in case anyone was wondering how many; this is the last of 836 Blogs for our sweet Nora. It's been such a joy for me to have Nora in my Program for all this time and I'm also thankful when she returned during the crazy covid time. I'm glad Miles will be here for another year which means I get to see Nora occasionally. I sure love all my Hansen family!! You guys are awesome. Here's a classic Nora comment from yesterday. Nora - 08/26/2021

Breakfast: French toast and plums. Avi said, "Not eating!" Ha. Ok, then Atley and Nora both followed suit! "Not eating!" Ha. I bet you guys will eat a big lunch and they did. Nora ate two servings of pulled pork, ate whole wheat toast, ate peas, and three servings of cantaloupe.    Nora; "I'm SO excited to start Kindergarten!!" Boy I've been hearing that phrase a lot lately and it is exciting!! What are you most excited about? Nora said, "I get to wear my mask." LOL That was SO cute. I laughed so hard. We could use her for a poster encouraging people to wear masks!! First picture; Yup, Nora's back in the house!! First things first; Get these fellas all lined up, organized, and ready to go!! Ha. Nora ate blueberry bagel and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice in berry juice, ate broccoli, and marion black berries.  At the meal table Nora saw a picture of Svea in the early years (ha) and said, "Look at you Svea! You were SO cute." Svea asked Nora, "Did you like me when I was that age?" What a super sweet conversation from both sides. Love it so much! This is kind of random, but in case anyone was wondering; I stopped doing the Spanish color words for the kids because - after listening to Alexa and Siri - I wasn't getting them correct and I didn't want the kids to have to unlearn and then relearn at Paxon. :)  First picture; Nora was building a tower with these little wooden blocks and you can see the "source of her supply."
