Nora - 11/14/2017
Nora ate most of toasted whole wheat english muffin and at least one bite of dried plums for breakfast. She ate most of her lunch: chicken, brown rice, stir fry vegetables, and oranges.
So this first picture: What does Nora do with her socks if Hudson's not here!? Well hand them off the the closest person of course! (Which happened to be me! Actually I was the only other option at this moment!) I thought this was cute so Nora and I re-created the hand-off! Ha! Thank you for cooperating with the do-over Nora!!
During Story Time Nora got off the couch and went behind the igloo to poop. It was hard not to laugh because she had one cute little eyeball peering around the corner at me to see if I'm watching. So funny. Well, after she was done and story time was over Hudson went behind the igloo and said, "Nora hiding here?" Yes, behind the igloo. What do you think she was doing back there? Hudson said, "Showing off." LOL! That kid cracks me up!!
This next picture is one of the toys in this toy set that Nora has been playing with. She isn't quite able to "lock and load" the toaster (she asks for help with that step), but she knows which button to push to make the toast fly out! If you look closely you'll see 2 pieces of toast in the air just above the toaster.
Nora had a doll blanket over her head several times this morning! Strolling around and standing in front of the mirrors primarily - and occasionally peeking out to see how it looked! I thought I'd show you what the ultimate goal (for some, maybe not Nora) is for the blanket over the head trick! Avi has perfected it and Bubba (in the background of the last picture) is practicing now as well! Ha! Atley (who should be back this week sometime - while on vacation on east coast last week got croup and ended up hospitalized for one night) has also been jumping blind, but she's a bit more fearless than our dear Nora!! :)
