Nora - 1/18/2018
Nora ate waffle and two servings of fruit salad for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of shepherd's pie which includes hamburger, green beans, and potatoes. She ate a couple pieces of whole grain tortillas and ate a large serving of cherries.
After breakfast I guess Hudson was taking notes for his journal. (Ha!) He asked. "Hey Gary, who brought Nora Hansen?" I said, "Her Mother." Hudson said, "Noooo! Her Mommy!" Haha! He always makes me laugh!
The activity you see in this first picture is becoming a daily ritual! Hudson is the one who basically started it and he was doing it again today and Nora loves to participate in bringing pillows, stuffed animals, and blankets and surrounding the Baby with them. The Baby loves all the kids and the attention which is awesome. And they are all pretty careful around her so I haven't had to put the protective fence around her for a long time. In the second picture Nora still likes to hang out in front of the little mirror! This was her Number 1 favorite spot long before she could walk. I bet she stopped in front of it six times this morning and that's pretty common!
These last two pictures are kind of silly pictures, but I was actually quite impressed with how far Atley could move her legs apart doing the Toddler Splits. Wow! She was getting pretty close to the floor and doing some impressive splits for a two year old. As soon as I said something about it all the other kids had to come try! I like Nora's attempt with bent knees!
