Nora - 3/15/2018

Nora ate whole grain waffle and fruit salad for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of shepherd's pie with hamburger, potatoes, green beans, carrots, and sweet potatoes.  She also ate whole grain tortillas and cherries.

Well Avilene is back from Great Falls and Hudson is off to Arizona.  (Which we've been hearing about all week!)  The dress-up clothes had not been touched this week, but as soon as one person gives them a try then everyone wants to do it.  :)  Avi wanted to put on some pajamas and then Atley and Nora.  (See picture below.)  Thanks for getting everyone motivated Avi!  As you might guess Nora didn't leave her's on very long, but she did manage to get it off by herself with some help from her friend Atley.  That's something I frequently like to do - encourage them to help each other.

These next two pictures have Avi's influence as well.  Atley and Nora were playing on the blue balance beam when Avi yelled, "Baby Linnea crying!"  :)  That's what they are looking at in the picture below; looking at the baby monitor and listening to the baby cry.  (I'd just put Linnea down for a nap and she was asleep within 2 minutes.  But these little Daycare Mommies were still concerned!)  In the next picture Avi had built a sidewalk and the three girls were playing on it.  If you look closely at the picture you can see Avilene is grinning while nose-to-nose with Nora.  After I took the picture Avi just stepped off and went around Nora.  Thank you Avi.  That was a sweet thing to do.

In the last picture Nora was playing with the shape sorter bucket.  Fill the bucket; empty the bucket.  Over and over.  And then she'd yell when Atley would invade her territory and grab a shape for her own bucket.  As usual I have three and four of everything!!  There are 3 of those yellow buckets and triple the amount of shapes that you see in the picture.  But they still need training and lessons to learn some social skills regardless of how many toys I have!!  :)
