Nora ate half of oatmeal and three servings of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch she ate hamburger stew with meat, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and tomatoes.  She also ate bites of whole wheat dinner roll, and ate apricots.  The kids were maybe a bit wilder than usual and I said, "You guys are kind of crazy today."  Hudson said, "Yes they are crazy today!"  Haha!

At the end of lunch Nora was messing around with her milk and it was going down the front of her bib and it got her pants wet front and back.  I said, "Nora, you're dumping milk down the front of your bib!"  She (in her sweet high-pitched innocent voice) said, "Thank you Gary."  Haha!  Then a little later I was going back-n-forth to the kitchen while cleaning up lunch and she was standing right in front of the gate.  "Nora, please move away from the gate so I can open it."  Again (same voice as above - ha), "Thank you Gary."  :)  And one more classic Nora moment this morning.  I'm not sure what started this, but Atley was squawking about something and Nora started chanting (about 5 times!), "no screaming, no screaming, no screaming!!"  Wow!  Now that is classic pot calling the kettle black!!

On the days when we've been able to go outside we've been cleaning up toys in the Daycare room before going out.  We sing the same song every day and the kids have been doing awesome.  I assign each one a job (rather than just saying, "ok, pick up toys") and they've have been staying on task amazingly well!!  I couldn't be more proud of them.  Initially, Nora's participation was pretty sparse (the youngest of the cleaning crew), but she's been doing more and more all the time.  (After all she's kind of a clean freak!!  Ha!)

Here are some pictures - first one from yesterday afternoon.  Atley, Avilene, and Hudson were playing in the geo-climber again with Nora looking in from the outside.  Except this time Nora decided to scale the outside of it!  The picture looks like she's about to make it to the top, but she decided she was up far enough.  :)  In the 2nd picture Nora and Atley played with the stacking cups for probably 10 minutes or more.  Sometimes they built their own tower and sometimes like in the picture they worked together.  And in the last picture we were doing some Dot painting at Art Time.
