Nora - 7/16/2018
Nora ate several bites of breakfast: bran cereal and raisins. For lunch she ate chicken, bite of whole wheat pita bread, ate olives, tomatoes, half of peppers, and ate pears.
First picture; As all the parents know I had this little fish (fake) tank and the kids loved it, but the light burned out and parts of it were broke (it was a Goodwill Special) so it was trash. Hudson first, and then the rest of the kids were all asking, "Where'd the fishy go?" My standard answer; "They all swam away!" That seemed to satisfy everyone! So I got a lava lamp and that's what the kids are looking at. I like how Nora is positioned in this picture! This is classic Nora! In the background watching!!
Linnea is out all week so we can't wish her Happy Birthday today!! But we did send her a birthday greeting by text with a picture of all the kids at the breakfast table. And they sent us a picture of Linnea and a some birthday cupcakes from yesterday!! The kids loved the picture!!
It was SO cute when Svea saw Nora this morning! Even though Nora wasn't focused on her (yet) Svea got a huge grin when she spotted Nora. Man that was cute! So I'm posting the following picture that might explain part of their love for each other! As soon as Nora saw me feeding Svea she got a doll and carried it around, then lay it beside Svea on the floor. Then she laid down as well. She was totally content to lay (wrapped in a blanket) beside Svea for the longest time!!
We played outside this morning and the three oldest kids were all about the bugs - just like they are every day!! Nora, for the most part, couldn't care less about the bugs. But she sure started squealing when we got out the bubbles! :) I love her laugh and chuckles! She really didn't want to catch a bubble; she just likes the process of squealing, laughing, and running. I like the picture below; the bubbles are behind you Nora. :)
