Nora - 10/4/2018
`Nora ate waffle and most of fruit salad for breakfast. For lunch she ate a couple bites of shepherd's pie with burger, green beans, carrots, and sweet potatoes. She ate whole wheat tortillas and ate cherries.
This note is from Tuesday when Reid was here after school. We were talking and I told him how much he had loved Nora when she was little. I said, "I remember when you loved Baby Nora SO much!" He said, "Well I remember when I loved applesauce and elbow noodles SO much!" Haha! The boy has always had his priorities. :)
This first picture is from yesterday afternoon. I don't know what to call Atley's shirt material, but all these sun spots you see in the picture were reflecting off of Atley's shirt! She was standing on the step at the window and I showed her what happened when she moved. These spots moved across the floor and wall. She soon figured out she could control them and she was wiggling back-n-forth. Nora saw that and decided she wanted to try it too! Haha! Nora said, "My turn!! My turn!!" And started moving back-n-forth! Sorry Sweetie, but that would only work if Atley let you wear her shirt and we're not going there!! So we'll just have to enjoy this light show!!
Next picture - Nora was working on color matching again with different activities and she's pretty good at it. This one you see in the picture is also a counting activity, but that part of the process is a few months down the road. :) Nora worked on two or three different trays until she was tired of it and ready to do something to unwind! So in the last picture you can see a good way for that to happen. Fun on the mattress with Linnea! Judging by the laughing and giggling I'm assuming they were having fun!! :)
