Nora - 1/14/2019

Nora ate most of kix cereal and two servings of mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground turkey, bite of whole wheat hamburger bun, two servings of avocados, three servings of tomato, and ate cherries.

We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend so it was a super busy morning like it always is on these Mondays!  Or as Atley called it; "New toy Monday!!"  I like that phrase too!!  First two pictures: Nora found the tutus and was trying them on and then looking at herself in the mirror.  You can't really see it very well, but in the first picture she has a purse on her arm and styling with two different shoes too!! It's a nice look for you Nora!  I especially like the low-riding tutus!!  (Good view in second picture!)  Similar to other low-riding styles I see around town!!  Haha!!

Next pictures: What are you guys doing on the mattress?  "Watching a movie!"  :)  Avi said, "We're watching Frozen!"  Then I also heard "No, basketball."  "Football"  "Chipmunk."  So I guess you can take your pick.  Second picture - Nora was saying, "Jump rope Atley, jump rope."  Atley said, "I be happy to Nor Nor."  That was a very sweet answer Atley!!  That happens to be an apron and they are using the long ties strings for their jump rope!!  Haha!  Last picture: Toy exchange Monday and look at all the goodies to explore!!  And of course four out of the five kids are huddled around the same toy! That is pretty standard procedure around here!!  :)

Nora ate oatmeal and two servings of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions. She ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of fruit cocktail.    Just in case anyone was wondering how many; this is the last of 836 Blogs for our sweet Nora. It's been such a joy for me to have Nora in my Program for all this time and I'm also thankful when she returned during the crazy covid time. Nora - 08/26/2021

Breakfast: French toast and plums. Avi said, "Not eating!" Ha. Ok, then Atley and Nora both followed suit! "Not eating!" Ha. I bet you guys will eat a big lunch and they did. Nora ate two servings of pulled pork, ate whole wheat toast, ate peas, and three servings of cantaloupe.    Nora; "I'm SO excited to start Kindergarten!!" Boy I've been hearing that phrase a lot lately and it is exciting!! What are you most excited about? Nora said, "I get to wear my mask." LOL That was SO cute. I laughed so hard. Nora ate blueberry bagel and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice in berry juice, ate broccoli, and marion black berries.  At the meal table Nora saw a picture of Svea in the early years (ha) and said, "Look at you Svea! You were SO cute." Svea asked Nora, "Did you like me when I was that age?" What a super sweet conversation from both sides. Love it so much! This is kind of random, but in case anyone was wondering; I stopped doing the Spanish color words for the kids because - after listening to Alexa and Siri - I wasn't getting them correct and I didn't want the kids to have to unlearn and then relearn at Paxon. :)  First picture; Nora was building a tower with these little wooden blocks and you can see the "source of her supply."
