Nora - 1/3/2019
Nora chose not to eat any breakfast. She'd just arrived at breakfast time, not in the greatest mood, and curled up on the couch while the other kids ate breakfast. She took about 20 minutes to regroup and the rest of the morning she did totally fine. Atley was the first one done and she didn't go near Nora until Nora was ready. I was pretty impressed with that. For lunch she ate a couple bites of Shepard's pie with ground beef, carrots, green beans, and potatoes. She had bites of whole wheat tortillas, and ate her cherries.
Nora and Atley were running in circles, kind of like chase, but on one was trying to "catch" anyone! Haha! They were having lots of fun laughing and giggling. In the middle of it all Nora fell, jumped right up and said, "I'm ok" and kept on running. That always makes me laugh when they say, "I'm ok" when no-one has asked if they're ok. (I'm easily humored!)
Here are some pictures from Nora's morning; One of the first things she did after getting up from the couch was to play with her babies! Second picture: The kids asked to do some glueing again. They also did some play dough and Nora was concerned about a tiny bit of play dough. Avi (in a "scolding" tone) said, "Don't worry about it Nora! Gary will get it!" Ha! That's the pot calling the kettle black when it comes to telling someone else to "not fret about something!" Miss Avilene who frets about lots of things. Last picture: Nora doing another activity she enjoys! Reading some books. She looked at lots of books and the entire time she was singing, "London Bridge is falling down, my fair lady." She repeated that exact phrase maybe 40 times!! Hahaha!
