Nora - 3/25/2019
Nora did not eat anything for breakfast. Avi felt the need to know why Nora wouldn't eat, ran to interview Nora, and came back with the report!! She said, "She eated at her house!" Thanks for the inside info Avilene!! For lunch Nora ate ground beef, bites of whole wheat hamburger bun, most of tomatoes, ate avocado, and fruit salad.
First thing this morning Nora asked, "Are we going outside after we clean up!?" I was kind of distracted, actually heard what she said, but still answered, "What!?! She changed up the approach somewhat; "My Mom asked me to go outside with you!? Haha! That made me laugh hard!! I think she said it that way because Avi kept telling me; "Mom wants me to do this that, Mom wants me to do that...."
This first picture was taken last Friday and the kids were circling the "newbie" and checking out Gideon!! Isn't that cute! They are flying out for Louisiana tomorrow morning so the Daycare kids have a few more moments with the little guy! Here's a funny note about Svea and Gideon this morning you might like; I was changing Linnea and I looked over and Svea was standing on Gideon - on his tummy. He didn't care and wasn't making a sound!! He's a tuff little fella, didn't cry, and made Grandpa proud!! Haha! However, with Baby Callahan starting on this Friday it was a GREAT reminder!! Protect the Baby!!! Svea was touching the wall to balance and just standing there looking down at him. At that age another child is no different than another toy!! I got kind of spoiled with Linnea because she was the gentlest one ever with Svea and I never had to even tell her to use "gentle touches"!!
Here are some morning pictures with Nora: Initially, Nora was being slightly grumpy first thing and yelling at others. (The Monday Morning Adjustments.) She was laying on the floor sucking her thumb and kind of pouting. Well Atley eventually joined her and within 2 minutes of Atley laying down life had become hilarious once again. Last picture: Probably 4 times this morning Atley asked to look at the flowers and of course Nora needed to look as well. (Flowers left over from Mom's Memorial this weekend.)
