Nora - 4/29/2019

Nora ate bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of chicken, bite of whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, half of cucumber, half of peppers, and ate pears.

First picture today!!  What toy exchange?!?  This is way better than any stinking toy exchange!!!  Haha!  Nora was SO happy to see Callahan and it was adorable!!  She picked up right where she left off before his vacation last week: "Does he need a binky?  Shall I give him a ride in the stroller? Callahan is crying!"  Thank you Nora.  :)  Second picture: Nora goes and gets her own baby and starts feeding it!  On the couch beside Callahan!  :)

Here are a couple more pictures from this morning; Nora doing selfies!  Haha!  Just kidding.  Actually she's checking out an antique flip-phone!  Those were the days Nora!!  Following picture: See!!  Nora does play with trucks!!  Believe me, I had to be very quick with the camera before she moved on.  And there probably needs to be a qualifier added as well:  Baby Callahan was sleeping! Haha!
 

Last picture: Nora and Atley were taking turns pretending to feed Linnea with the food toys and if you zoom in you can see the size of the spoon Atley was using!!  Serving spoon!!  Haha!   Linnea didn't really care!!

Nora ate oatmeal and two servings of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions. She ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of fruit cocktail.    Just in case anyone was wondering how many; this is the last of 836 Blogs for our sweet Nora. It's been such a joy for me to have Nora in my Program for all this time and I'm also thankful when she returned during the crazy covid time. I'm glad Miles will be here for another year which means I get to see Nora occasionally. I sure love all my Hansen family!! You guys are awesome. Here's a classic Nora comment from yesterday. Nora - 08/26/2021

Breakfast: French toast and plums. Avi said, "Not eating!" Ha. Ok, then Atley and Nora both followed suit! "Not eating!" Ha. I bet you guys will eat a big lunch and they did. Nora ate two servings of pulled pork, ate whole wheat toast, ate peas, and three servings of cantaloupe.    Nora; "I'm SO excited to start Kindergarten!!" Boy I've been hearing that phrase a lot lately and it is exciting!! What are you most excited about? Nora said, "I get to wear my mask." LOL That was SO cute. I laughed so hard. Nora - 05/25/2021

Nora ate blueberry bagel and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice in berry juice, ate broccoli, and marion black berries.  At the meal table Nora saw a picture of Svea in the early years (ha) and said, "Look at you Svea! You were SO cute." Svea asked Nora, "Did you like me when I was that age?" What a super sweet conversation from both sides. Love it so much! This is kind of random, but in case anyone was wondering; I stopped doing the Spanish color words for the kids because - after listening to Alexa and Siri - I wasn't getting them correct and I didn't want the kids to have to unlearn and then relearn at Paxon. :)  First picture; Nora was building a tower with these little wooden blocks and you can see the "source of her supply."
