Nora - 7/18/2019

Nora ate bites of whole wheat bagel and three servings of peaches for breakfast.  For lunch she ate most of hamburger and sausage pizza with peppers, pineapple, and olives; ate whole wheat pizza crust.  She also ate pineapple on the side.

This first picture is left over from outside yesterday afternoon.  This is what it looks like when the neighbor kids have a pool in their yard.  It's just a blow up one, but it's pretty large.  They also have a trampoline over there so that provides lots of entertainment for Little Treasures kids!!

Next picture: Linnea was waving bye to Nora's Daddy Ryan along with Atley and Nora.  So just in case you've been wondering about this: that truck is still NEW here!!  As soon as you drive around the corner Atley always says the same thing; "He's got a NEW truck!!"

Next picture:  Nora and Atley talking on some phones and hanging out in the swivel/rocker chair.  (Watching themselves in one of our mirrors.) Last picture: Lauralea made an "appearance" this morning (works from home on Thursdays) and all the kids immediately went into show-off mode!!  "Lauralea's here!!  Lauralea's here!!  All five were bouncing and jumping on the mattress; "watch me! watch me! watch me!"

Nora ate oatmeal and two servings of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions. She ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of fruit cocktail.    Just in case anyone was wondering how many; this is the last of 836 Blogs for our sweet Nora. It's been such a joy for me to have Nora in my Program for all this time and I'm also thankful when she returned during the crazy covid time. Nora - 08/26/2021

Breakfast: French toast and plums. Avi said, "Not eating!" Ha. Ok, then Atley and Nora both followed suit! "Not eating!" Ha. I bet you guys will eat a big lunch and they did. Nora ate two servings of pulled pork, ate whole wheat toast, ate peas, and three servings of cantaloupe.    Nora; "I'm SO excited to start Kindergarten!!" Boy I've been hearing that phrase a lot lately and it is exciting!! What are you most excited about? Nora said, "I get to wear my mask." LOL That was SO cute. I laughed so hard. Nora - 05/25/2021

Nora ate blueberry bagel and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice in berry juice, ate broccoli, and marion black berries.  At the meal table Nora saw a picture of Svea in the early years (ha) and said, "Look at you Svea! You were SO cute." Svea asked Nora, "Did you like me when I was that age?" What a super sweet conversation from both sides. Love it so much! This is kind of random, but in case anyone was wondering; I stopped doing the Spanish color words for the kids because - after listening to Alexa and Siri - I wasn't getting them correct and I didn't want the kids to have to unlearn and then relearn at Paxon. :)  First picture; Nora was building a tower with these little wooden blocks and you can see the "source of her supply."
