Nora - 8/26/2019
Nora ate some whole wheat bran cereal and some raisins for breakfast. For lunch she ate her chicken, no whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, two servings of cucumbers, and two servings of pears.
This first picture is left over from Friday afternoon. It always cracks me up when the "older" kids try to talk the younger ones into giving them rides or whatever! In this instance Nora wanted Svea to push her in the stroller. "Can you push me Svea!? Can you push me?!?" Then once they started moving the demands get a little more strong and urgent; "push me Svea!! Faster!!" Haha!! And Svea was trying and working hard!
Next picture - It was the CUTEST moment when Nora saw Atley this morning. She was totally squealing with delight. Daddy Ryan got to see it and it was pretty special. Atley was playing with cars and ramps before Nora arrived and immediately switched to dolls. That was so sweet Atley. In the picture Atley got the airplanes and Nora was concerned about her baby NOT fitting into the airplane. "I gotta get my baby! I gotta get my baby!" Relax Momma Nora. Nope, that's not happening anytime soon. Haha. Following picture; they had their capes and were running circles on the mattress. Atley said she was "catboy" (Avi's favorite character) and that was driving Avi nuts and Avilene was yelling; "Catboy doesn't have a cape!! Catboy doesn't have a cape!!" Haha!
Our hair routine: I usually sit Nora on the changing table to put a ponytail in her hair. Then we talk about the picture on the calendar directly in front of us. The picture for August is an American Bison. Disclosure; this is August 26th so this isn't the first time we've discussed this!! Haha!! So it went like this; "Nora, Daddy bison are called bulls. Momma bison are called cows. What do we call baby bison?" Once in a while I think I've heard everything, but not even close!! After careful thought and consideration here's Nora's answer!! '"DOGS!" no. LOL! Lauralea was listening from the kitchen and cracking up. Haha.
