Nora - 4/21/2020

Nora ate two servings of waffles and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, whole wheat tortillas, ate corn, and apple bites.

These first two pictures are left over from yesterday afternoon.  Nora decided to use one of the doll bottles to feed Miles.  I think it's funny because both of them have both of their hands on the bottle. She sure loves her brother - see other sibling picture below - and he puts up with a lot from her and never fusses about it.  And it's obvious that he loves her too.  Second picture; Nora is riding left wing on this trip.  :)  If you look close you can see Avi got some "air" on this one.

Next picture: Nora at one of her favorite spots!  :)  I've mentioned this before, but I think there are enough accessories to have 4 different baskets.  This was a super good find from a neighbor around the corner last summer.  Following picture; I love this picture.  She was laying there with her eyes closed, but I didn't have my camera so I asked if she'd recreate this scene for me and she did.  Thank you Nora!!

Last picture: All the girls, but especially Avi and Atley, have been pretty interested in finding bugs this Spring!  So I went above the garage and found an insect poster I knew was there and the kids were finding bugs that they are familiar with.

Nora ate oatmeal and two servings of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions. She ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of fruit cocktail.    Just in case anyone was wondering how many; this is the last of 836 Blogs for our sweet Nora. It's been such a joy for me to have Nora in my Program for all this time and I'm also thankful when she returned during the crazy covid time. Nora - 08/26/2021

Breakfast: French toast and plums. Avi said, "Not eating!" Ha. Ok, then Atley and Nora both followed suit! "Not eating!" Ha. I bet you guys will eat a big lunch and they did. Nora ate two servings of pulled pork, ate whole wheat toast, ate peas, and three servings of cantaloupe.    Nora; "I'm SO excited to start Kindergarten!!" Boy I've been hearing that phrase a lot lately and it is exciting!! What are you most excited about? Nora said, "I get to wear my mask." LOL That was SO cute. I laughed so hard. Nora - 05/25/2021

Nora ate blueberry bagel and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice in berry juice, ate broccoli, and marion black berries.  At the meal table Nora saw a picture of Svea in the early years (ha) and said, "Look at you Svea! You were SO cute." Svea asked Nora, "Did you like me when I was that age?" What a super sweet conversation from both sides. Love it so much! This is kind of random, but in case anyone was wondering; I stopped doing the Spanish color words for the kids because - after listening to Alexa and Siri - I wasn't getting them correct and I didn't want the kids to have to unlearn and then relearn at Paxon. :)  First picture; Nora was building a tower with these little wooden blocks and you can see the "source of her supply."
