Nora - 6/29/2020
Nora ate half of whole grain Chex cereal and ate two servings of pears for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat hamburger bun, tomatoes, ate avocado, and two servings of mandarin oranges.
Today is Toy exchange Monday and it was a very busy morning!! The energy level was high all morning; which always adds to the volume as well. And actually that's a great sound here, because I know everyone is busy, happy, and engaged in activities. In the first picture Nora is holding her baby, but decided to wrap the baby blanket around her shoulders. (Actually it's a bandana and there are bigger baby blankets, but they like using these as blankets too.) Nora said, "Hey Atley! It's halloween!" Ha. They love playing "halloween." She was doing it later with a "pig mask" and said, "I'm a pig for halloween." Ha.
Next picture: Svea and Nora were building with the fence pieces and they'd turned them into ladders. They were excited and both were saying, "Hey Gary, look at our ladders. Look at our ladders." I like how Svea is peeking through the rungs of her ladder.
Next picture; The book they are looking at is "Toy Story," but they are looking at lots of other books on the back as well and talking about which ones are movies. "I have that movie!" "I have that movie!" "I have that movie!" Here are some of the books they are looking at; "Nemo," "Lion King," "Aladdin," "Peter Pan," "101 Dalmatians," (or as Avi called it; "301 Dalmatians") and "Jungle Book." Last picture: They LOVE the tiny minuscule little legos pieces!! They are so small and the kids love em!
