Nora - 7/7/2020

Nora ate blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate shrimp, brown rice, ate stir fry vegetables, and ate raspberries.

First picture:  This is from yesterday afternoon outside.  All 4 girls are in the geo-climber along with all the balls (big and little), plus the noodles and accessories.  Then they decided to start throwing little balls at each other.  It was all good fun and no one got upset.  Nicely done everyone.

Atley and Nora frequently run from the window to the mattress; back and forth.  Atley took off running and Nora started yelling; "Hey Atley!! I get to go first! Take turns."  Well actually up to that point Nora was going first pretty much every time.  I was laughing and she just had to grin about it. "Taking turns" for Nora means, "I get to go first every time!"  :)  But we're working on it.  :)  Next picture: She and Atley were playing with the Doll House and when I took this picture I told Atley; "You really can slide the Doll House away from the chair to have more room!!"  :)

Last two pictures: Atley and Nora were "building their Christmas tree" and decorating for "Christmas."  (Their words.)  Haha.  Silly kids.  And they had "Alexa" playing Christmas Songs.  Last picture: Boy that decorating for Christmas is VERY exhausting!!  Haha.

Nora ate oatmeal and two servings of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, potatoes, and onions. She ate whole wheat dinner roll and two servings of fruit cocktail.    Just in case anyone was wondering how many; this is the last of 836 Blogs for our sweet Nora. It's been such a joy for me to have Nora in my Program for all this time and I'm also thankful when she returned during the crazy covid time. Breakfast: French toast and plums. Avi said, "Not eating!" Ha. Ok, then Atley and Nora both followed suit! "Not eating!" Ha. I bet you guys will eat a big lunch and they did. Nora ate two servings of pulled pork, ate whole wheat toast, ate peas, and three servings of cantaloupe.    Nora; "I'm SO excited to start Kindergarten!!" Boy I've been hearing that phrase a lot lately and it is exciting!! What are you most excited about? Nora said, "I get to wear my mask." LOL That was SO cute. I laughed so hard. Nora ate blueberry bagel and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice in berry juice, ate broccoli, and marion black berries.  At the meal table Nora saw a picture of Svea in the early years (ha) and said, "Look at you Svea! You were SO cute." Svea asked Nora, "Did you like me when I was that age?" What a super sweet conversation from both sides. Love it so much! This is kind of random, but in case anyone was wondering; I stopped doing the Spanish color words for the kids because - after listening to Alexa and Siri - I wasn't getting them correct and I didn't want the kids to have to unlearn and then relearn at Paxon. :)  First picture; Nora was building a tower with these little wooden blocks and you can see the "source of her supply."
