Nora - 9/30/2020

Nora ate whole wheat toast (in place of French toast) and three servings of strawberries for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two large servings of Whole 30 Chili with meat, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers, and spices.  She had no whole wheat dinner roll and ate three large servings of tropical fruit.   At breakfast Nora said, "I love it when it snows and gets in the trees."  Avi said, "Yes, but if it's yellow snow you can't eat it because it's dog pee."  Haha.   

Nora was watching Atley trying to get into a lion suit that was "inside-out."  Atley asked for my help and Nora started expounding on how she "knew how to turn things the right way!!"  Yes you are learning how to do that. Nora said, "I'm a good kid to do it."  "What?"  (I knew what she said, but I was curious how she'd reword it.)  Nora then said, "I'm a good people to do it."  :)  So I said, "Well here's a better way to say that; say, I'm a good fixer."  Or, "I'm a good problem solver."  

Picture from yesterday.  Nora and Svea were riding in the wagon that Avi was pulling.

Next picture: Nora and Atley playing with some "Little Ponies" we found at a garage sale along with the Doll House.  Nora was brushing it's hair and said, "Hey Gary, look how fancy my little pony is."  She and Atley were talking and Nora said, "Hey Atley, remember when I was little and you used to come to my house?"  Haha.  She was talking about "apples and water" and when I asked for clarification Nora simply said, "I don't know."  Atley usually says, "I'm talking to Nora."  Haha.  

Last picture: Nora was talking about something and the subject was "cupcakes."  Nora asked Svea if she "remembered when she went to get cupcakes."  :)  Svea was listening intently and had an answer, but I couldn't hear what it was!!
