Nora chose to not eat any breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef, two servings of whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, and two servings of strawberries. When Atley asked for more pita bread at lunch she asked, "And could you warm it up and put on butter?" Haha. Yup, I can do that. I don't allow "special orders," but that was totally reasonable. :) So I toasted it and Nora wanted her's that way and then Cal ordered more "toast." Haha.
First picture: This is the first activity Nora did this morning. Moments after waving bye to Mom at the window. She finished this puzzle and was showing me the picture she followed.
More pictures from this morning; Nora and Atley built this wall of blocks. You can see Nora has her hand extended trying to hold off brother Miles. Miles and Cal had it destroyed in the next two or three minutes. I tell the big girls if they don't want the babies bugging them; simply go to the Preschool Room where 3,253 activities await them. :) And they understand that and rarely complain. Next picture: Catching their breath from running. Last picture: Doing art. Atley and Nora were both thrilled because I got a ream of green paper this weekend.
Last picture: Nora was intently working and playing at the Doll House. I came around the corner and Atley was just hanging out close to Nora, but not involved with Doll House activity. Atley was actually just laying on her back rubbing her belly and daydreaming until she saw me watching and grinning. :)
