Nora - 03/31/2021
Nora ate whole wheat toast and ate mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef with marinara sauce on whole wheat noodles, ate cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad.
Callahan frequently asks kids and me; "How is your day?" Well yesterday at breakfast time he was in his highchair and he said, "Nora, how is your day?" No response. "Nora, how is your day?" No response. He didn't give up. Ha. "Nora, how is your day?" Nora's irritated response; "My day hasn't even started!" Hahah. I about fell off the stool laughing. Uhhh Callahan...I don't think Nora's a morning person. Hahaha. That's only funny because I'm a morning person. Lauralea is not a morning person. When we worked together and had 12 kids in a Group Home, Lauralea would be "awake" to communicate about 10:00 am. It was entertaining when parents would ask her questions in the morning. "I'll have to research that for you." :)
Next picture: If you zoom in on this picture you'd probably guess the kids were watching TV or whatever. But y'all (learned that word in Louisiana) know there is not a TV anywhere upstairs in our home. Ha. There are 2 pictures on the wall they are discussing and it was cool to listen to them. The pictures are actually taken by Paradise, Montana. Lots of beautiful scenery and I can also spot our family home. Atley said, "That river is either the Bitterroot or the Clark Fork." Haha. That was awesome. Yup, it's the Clark Fork. So why are the kids just sitting in the chairs!?! Avi was busy hiding Easter eggs in the Daycare Room. Geez, they've hidden eggs so many times this week and they're still excited about it. Lots of fun. Following picture; Hanging out and telling secrets with Svea. :)
Last picture; Every time Lauralea or I get something out of the freezer Avi and Nora want us to hold it to their bare tummy. (You can see Nora's as her shirt lifted and waiting. Ha.) And they are trying not to react or make a sound. I can tell Avi is holding her breath. Ha. They were both very very brave and never made a sound or wiggled. :)
